For the Amarettini dessert, put curd cheese, yogurt and sugar in a bowl and mix. Place Amartettini cookies in a plastic bag (freezer bag) and press with your hand until all are evenly small.
Add espresso and mix. In a glass first put the biscuits/coffee mixture, then alternate a layer of cream (curd/yogurt/sugar).
Finish with the cream as the last layer. Garnish the amarettini dessert with the whole amarettini cookies.
