For the sweet potato and pumpkin pan, wash the pumpkin, cut in half, save one half for something else, remove the seeds and cut into cubes of about 2×2 cm.
Cut turkey steaks into cubes as well. Peel sweet potato and dice as well, chop onion.
Heat oil and sauté onion, turkey pieces, pumpkin and sweet potato in order, pour whipping cream and season with herb butter and the remaining ingredients.
Cook for about 5 minutes, ready.
