To make the almond milk, first put 1 part almonds in a container with 4 parts water and 2 pinches of salt. Soak overnight.
Drain the water, rinse the almonds well and put them in the blender. Pour in the remaining 4 parts water and season with 2 pinches of salt. Blend until a cream is formed.
Pour through a kitchen towel, squeeze out remaining liquid, pour into a bottle. Makes about 1 liter. The almond milk can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 week!
