Fry smoked bacon with onion in butter and deglaze with white wine and beef broth. Stir in whipped cream and sour cream and cook through. Divide Gorgonzola into pieces, add and beat well. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and toss in sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
