Peel onion and chop into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.
Add minced meat and fry briefly. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in tomato paste. Add marjoram, basil, oregano, salt, paprika powder.
Crush garlic cloves, stir in and simmer, covered, at least 1/2 hour.
Cook whole wheat spagetti in salted water and strain.
Arrange the pasta asciutta on plates and serve.
