For the ham-parmesan rolls, preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Cover 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
Mix the cream cheese with the whipped cream until creamy. Mix in the herbs, salt, pepper and 1 squeeze of lemon juice and season the cream cheese to taste. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a hole nozzle.
Lay out the ham slices on the work surface. Pipe 1 strip of cheese cream in the center of each and roll up the ham into rolls.
Place a large round cookie cutter (approx. 10 cm Ø) on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread a thin layer of Parmesan in it and remove the ring.
Spread 8 cheese circles per tray in this way, spacing them sufficiently. Place the trays one by one in the oven and let the Parmesan melt in 5-10 minutes each.
Remove the trays, let the cheese circles cool briefly, remove them from the baking paper, wrap them around the ham rolls and let them cool and set on a cooling rack. Serve the ham-parmesan rolls as a snack.
