Is in the basic form without long-grain rice (only vegetables).
But the long grain rice can be mixed in later, the whole then tastes like original.
Sauté onions, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers with a little oil in the Kelomat.
Add a little bit of clear soup, close the pot and cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. (Open the pot, thicken the vegetables with a lot of paradeis pulp and season with paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne bell pepper and Tabasco. Also soy sauce or possibly Ketjap Manis form a good flavor.
Tastes great with bread or long grain rice and can also be frozen or canned as a substitute for ready-made pasta sauces.
Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
