For the snowflakes, prepare the short pastry as described in the basic recipe. Preheat the oven to 170° C hot air.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Cut out snowflakes. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 12 minutes.
Stick two snowflakes together with apricot jam and sprinkle with a thick layer of powdered sugar.
