For Christmas cola muffins, first preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease small baking cups (or a muffin tray).
For the muffin batter, mix flour in a bowl with nuts, spices, baking powder and chocolate. In another bowl, mix the egg with milk, sugar and butter. Add cola and flour-spice mixture alternately to butter mixture briskly.
Pour batter into prepared ramekins and bake in hot oven on middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. Let the baked cakes rest in the molds for about 15 minutes, then remove them and let them cool completely on a cooling rack.
Melt the chocolate glaze according to the package instructions. Glaze the muffins with it and decorate with sugar pearls to taste.
