For the pasta salad, boil the pasta in salted water, rinse briefly and let cool. For the mayonnaise, put the egg, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice in a mixing bowl (everything should be at room temperature).
Blend with a hand blender, adding oil every now and then until the mixture is firm. Add yogurt and sour cream (can be more) and chill in the refrigerator.
Wash corn, dice cucumbers and ham and mix with noodles and cheese. Stir in mayonnaise and season with herb salt.
