For the fruit in caramel sauce, peel the pineapple and cut into eighths. Peel and slice the banana. Peel the margarine.
Melt the margarine in a pan and add the sugar.
Allow to caramelize, stirring constantly. Add the pineapple and stir again and again. After about 5 minutes, add the rest of the fruit, stir again for 5 minutes and you’re done.
Finally, ganate the fruit in caramel sauce with raw melon and serve.
