For the pizza sausages, first place the pizza dough on the work surface. Cut this into several small squares, then place half a slice of cheese on the dough.
Cut the onion into small pieces and place them on top of the cheese. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with a little oregano. Place one sausage on each square of dough, press everything firmly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the oven at approx. 175 °C for 15-20 minutes. The pizza sausages are ready when the dough is nice and golden brown.
