For the blueberry semolina porridge, first bring the water to the boil. Add the semolina and bring to the boil briefly. Allow to swell for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
In the meantime, wash and sort the blueberries and dry them on a kitchen towel. Add butter and blueberries to the semolina porridge and puree everything with a hand blender.
Serve the blueberry semolina porridge.
