Knead 3 min. or 5 min. by hand, until smooth. Cover the baking bowl with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Knead dough briefly and fill into a loaf pan (30cm). Cover the loaf pan once again with the dishcloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes in a warm place. The dough should then have almost doubled in size. Score the dough lengthwise 1 cm deep.
Bake: Preheat the oven (E- oven: 225 degrees, hot air: 190 degrees, gas: level 4-5) Bake on the middle shelf for 40 minutes. If using energy-saving baking pans according to instructions, bake accordingly less. After baking, remove from the pan and cut only after cooling.
