For the turkey-mango salad, cut the turkey ham into strips. Wash the mango and apple, remove the core and dice.
Wash the lettuce, dry in a salad spinner and shred. Arrange lettuce, arrange turkey strips and mango and apple cubes on top.
Make a marinade of honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and marinate the salad with it.
Roast sunflower seeds in a pan and sprinkle over the turkey-mango salad.
