Try this delicious cake recipe:
Spread the rolled out yeast dough with melted light butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the plums as densely as possible on the dough. Sprinkle almond slivers on top and bake.
Cool. Soak the gelatine in the juice, heat and cook according to instructions. Cover the cake with it just before it gels.
Baking time: half an hour
Temperature: 180 °C -200 °C
The cake is also very good if apricots are used instead of plums.
