Knead a short pastry from the ingredients listed.
Roll out and cut out round cookies (approx. 4 cm ø).
Bake on parchment paper at medium heat (180 °C) for about 8-10 minutes until light yellow.
Stick 2 cookies with the jelly on top of each other.
Mix powdered sugar and juice of one lemon to a thick glaze and coat the tartlets with it.
