For the farmer’s bread, mix all ingredients well with each other and work into a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
Knead the dough again by hand, form it into a loaf and let it rise again on a baking tray for about 10 minutes.
Bake the farmhouse bread in the oven at 200 °C hot air for about 30 minutes.
