Check the crab meat carefully for shell residues. Mix all ingredients (except oil) properly. Leave to stand in the ice box for about 10 min. Arrange the mixture into small (60 g) round cakes (patties). Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the patties on both sides, drain from kitchen paper. Put them on the table hot (1-2 pieces per person).
