For the pumpkin seed bread, knead all ingredients well, let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Knead the dough well again by hand, place in a raffia bread basket or loaf pan.
Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the bread from the basket and place on a baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle pumpkin seed bread with water after baking.
