Cut the raclette cheese into small cubes. Cut 2/3 of the slices of ham into thin strips. Chop marjoram and parsley finely. Mix the herbs, ham strips, cheese cubes and eggs in a baking bowl and season spicy with salt, bell pepper and paprika.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the white wine. Spread the cheese mixture like a mountain on top.
Cut the remaining ham slices into quarters and place them decoratively in the cheese mixture. Bake the toasts in the oven heated to 180 °C on the second rack from the bottom for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with a salad.
