Melt the yeast in warm water and add to the flour form with a pinch of salt. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, and leave with the lid closed until it doubles in volume. Heat olive oil and rosemary in a small saucepan, pour through a sieve and cool. Mix the rosemary-scented oil and half the sugar with the risen dough. Spread it on a 25 x 40 cm baking tray, spread the grapes evenly on it, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake in a heated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
