Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain in a colander.
Meanwhile, stir crab meat with a fork until flaky (remove any gristle pieces and shell fragments that may be present).
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan. Add garlic, onion and carrot. Soften, but without letting it brown too.
Reduce temperature. Add crab meat, parsley, basil and juice of one lemon. Cook for 4 min, stirring continuously. Add salt and pine nuts.
Pour sauce into a large baking dish over pasta form. Stir gently and bring to table.
