In the beginning, look for ripe avocados. They should be a little bit soft, but do not squash in your hand
Then cut them in half and scrape them out with a spoon. Do not throw away the pit! Using a fork, then mash the avocado mixture in a baking bowl. Then add the sour cream and fold it in.
Cut the tomato and the onion into small cubes and fold them in as well. Season with a little lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Tastes fresh and spicy. Something else for a change.
Tip: Since this dip gets old quickly, you should mix the core into the dip so that it is covered, then cover with cling film.
Tip for Fondue : Try it with fresh mushrooms as a side dish to the meat. (So roast the mushrooms in the same way on the skewer) **
