Cut the beef cutlets at the edges and knock! Rub with mustard and season with salt and pepper! Fry well in a hot pan and remove from the pan!
Chop onions and bacon and fry with a little oil. Chop cucumbers, capers and mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with a little red wine and pour in the soup and bring to the boil. Add the beef cutlets to the pan and steam until soft!
