For turkey strips, cook the rice according to package instructions. Cut the turkey meat into strips, place in a bowl and marinate with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat in it vigorously and then press the garlic into it. Pour the cream and add the mustard.
Let it boil down a bit and season with salt and pepper to taste. In between, cook the peas briefly until soft and then add to the rice.
