For the 2-ingredient ice cream cake, remove seeds from dates and crush and knead with fingers. Press into the mold as a base and about 1.5 cm high.
For the banana cream, peel the bananas and puree finely in a stand mixer. Spread or empty onto the base, as the consistency is more like banana sauce at first.
Place the 2-ingredient ice cream cake in the freezer until the cream is completely set (5 to 8 hours).
Finally, form date balls and decorate the cake as desired. Remove the cake ring and cut.
