A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Knead dough ingredients together into dough and shape into two greased springform pans.

Whip the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar. Spread half of the meringue mixture on the shortcrust pastry and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake at 180 °C.

Drain the tangerines. Mix sugar and cream stiffener and fold into whipped cream while beating. Fold in the tangerines.

Spread the entire filling on one cake layer.

Carefully cut the second cake layer into 12 pieces and place on top.
