Instructions:

Grind the fresh peeled pineapple in a universal blender with the juice of one lemon, rum and honey.

Bring the mixture to the boil once.

Mix the yogurt into the cooled fruit puree and freeze the quantity in a metal bowl in the pet food compartment, stirring every 15 min.

The ice cream will be especially creamy if it is whipped in a universal mixer and frozen again briefly.

Tip: The higher the fat content of the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
