Instructions:

Thread beans. Simmer in salted water for ten minutes. Drain. Peel and dice tomatoes. Heat olive oil. Fry bacon cut into short strips. Remove peel from onion and garlic clove. Cut onion into cubes. Grind the garlic clove with a little salt. Add both to the bacon form. Sauté. Add beans, diced tomatoes and thyme. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Serve:

As a drink: A Spanish vino tinto.
