For the Andalusian prawns, finely dice the tomatoes and onion. Sauté both in olive oil, add olives and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Add the shrimps and let them stand for 3 minutes. Quench with white wine, heat very briefly and serve the Andalusian prawns.
