For the apple and pumpkin pie, roll out the shortcrust pastry into a sheet, depending on the shape. Either with baking paper or place directly in a buttered mold and pull up the edge.
Mix the coarsely grated apples and pumpkin with 1 tsp cardamom and the sugar and spread evenly on the dough. Prepare a glaze from the whipped cream, sour cream, very little sugar, egg and pudding and pour over the apple-pumpkin mixture.
If necessary, place a lattice over it with strips of dough. Bake the apple-pumpkin cake at 180° in the preheated oven in the middle of the tube for a good hour.
