For the apple-cranberry crumble cake, melt 125 g butter in the microwave, add cold milk.

So the liquid butter is cooled and immediately comes to the right temperature.

Add the egg, yeast, sugar, salt and flour, beat the yeast dough until it forms a ball, cover and let it rest.

Knead the cold butter, nuts, granulated sugar and flour into crumbles, chill. Peel the apples, cut out the cores, cut into rings.

Roll out yeast dough on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with cranberries. Place apple rings next to each other. Put a good amount of cranberry jam in each apple ring, sprinkle with crumble.

Bake the apple-cranberry crumble cake in the oven on hot air at about 160-170 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
