Rinse, clean and chop the green onions. 2.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions at the lowest temperature until soft. 3.

Add the curry and sauté briefly. 4.

Remove the skin from the apples, core them and cut into cubes. Add the apple pieces, pour in the white wine and cook for 10 minutes. 5.

Grind coarsely. Season with salt, sugar and curry and finally stir in the whipped cream.

Serve the sauce cooled (or warm) with boiled fish, lamb or veal.
