For the apple horseradish sauce, first whip the whipping cream with a mixer until firm. Then mix the whipped cream well with the yogurt using a spatula. This mixture forms the base.

Now peel an apple and chop it finely. Fold the finely chopped apple and the horseradish into the whipped cream-yogurt mixture.

Season to taste with a little salt.
