Instructions:

Mix lemon zest, salt, eggs and milk with a mixer, gradually add flour. Allow the dough to rise for 20 minutes.

Remove peel from apples, quarter, core, cut into very thin slices and mix into the dough. Melt fat in a frying pan, bake on 2 or possibly automatic hotplate 7-9 golden yellow pancakes, tear into pieces with 2 forks, add a little more fat and 1 tsp. sugar to the frying pan, bake the apple pancake while turning continuously until golden brown and crispy. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
