Instructions:

For the apple porridge, put 1/4 liter of water with the oatmeal. Cut the apple rings into small pieces and add them. Boil everything for about 3 minutes until a porridge is formed. Remove from heat.

Stir in nuts, cranberries and raisins with cinnamon. Grate the apple and fold it in. Put everything on a plate and then pour whipped cream around the outside.

Serve sprinkled with grated white chocolate.
