For the apple quinoa dessert, put the quinoa in a pot with twice the amount of water and cook for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into wedges, removing the core. Add to the quinoa, season with a little cinnamon powder, add a little sugar and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the cream and arrange in dessert bowls. Sprinkle with cane sugar to taste.
