For the apple sausage skewers, first rinse the apples, cut them in half and remove the core. Cut each apple half into 6 wedges. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap them around the apple slices.

Twist the sausages off in the middle to make two small ones, then cut with scissors.

Rinse marjoram, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop finely. Stir through with the oil. On 4 skewers, alternate 3 sausages and wrapped apple slices. Brush with marjoram oil and grill apple sausage skewers on heated grill for about 5 minutes until crispy brown.
