For the apple strudel, knead flour, salt, oil and water into an elastic, tough dough and let rest. Toast breadcrumbs and clarified butter.

Spread strudel dough thinly on a cloth, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the other ingredients. Roll up strudel and brush with melted butter. Bake the apple strudel at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
