For the apple strudel with poppy seeds, knead a dough from flour, margarine, egg yolks, water and a pinch of salt. Beat 3 times and then let rest for 2 hours.

Grate the poppy seeds and mix with the sugar.

Peel and slice the apples, mix with cinnamon, sugar and raisins.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Put a strip of poppy seeds in the middle. Place apples on top and fold in right and left sides. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg white and bake.

After baking, sprinkle the apple strudel with poppy seeds with sugar.
