Instructions:

For the apple tart, wash the apples and cut into thin wedges. Marinate with lemon juice, cinnamon and honey cake spice. Cream sugar with butter until fluffy. Gradually add the egg yolks, eggs and finally the flour.

Pour into a greased and floured baking pan and top with apple slices. Bake the apple tart at 200 °C (gas mark 3-4) for 30 minutes.
