For the apple tiramisu with stevia, whip the soy whip and set aside.whip the QimiQ, curd, stevia, 1 tbsp. rum, lemon zest, clove powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon powder until fluffy, add the applesauce and stir well.mix with whipped soy whip and chill for 20 minutes.
Then mix the milk with 2 tablespoons of rum and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.Dip thebiscots in milk, put them in the mold and spread half of the cream. Repeat the process, ending with cream (2 x sponge cake, 2 x cream).
Chill for at least 5 hours, then sprinkle with cinnamon or flower mixture.
