Try this delicious cake recipe:

Make shortcrust pastry with the above ingredients. Heat cider, sugar and pudding powder, stirring until liquid thickens and bubbles. Cool covered with foil, then no skin will form.

Roll out dough into a 26-cup pan, shape apple slices into cooled custard, spread evenly on top of dough.

Bake the cake on the middle shelf for 50 to 60 minutes. (175 °C , preheated).

Cool in the form. On the cold cake mold the whipped cream and dust with cocoa dab.
