Cook a soft yeast dough from the first ingredients. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and let it rise. For the topping, stir together cornflour, mascarpone, curd cheese, eggs, sugar and apricot liqueur. Drain the apricots well in a sieve and place them on the yeast dough. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the apricots and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake. (25 pieces)
