For the apricot crumble, butter a baking dish. Cut the apricots into small cubes and layer them in the dish. Mix all dry ingredients well.

Melt butter in a large saucepan and stir in the flour mixture with a fork. This will create the crumbles.

Spread the crumble over the apricots and bake at 180 °C until the crumble is lightly browned. The crumble tastes best when slightly warm.
