Instructions:

Rinse and halve the apricots, mix with honey, apricot liqueur, juice of one lemon and sugar to taste and leave to cool, blend 1/4 of the apricot quantity with a hand mixer.

Stir the yogurt with curd cheese, apricot puree and vanilla sugar until smooth, refine with sugar, apricot liqueur or lemon juice if necessary, fill half of the apricot mass into suitable dessert glasses and spread the cream evenly on top, cover with the remaining apricots, finally decorate the apricot dessert with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and bring to the table well chilled.
