For the apricot-hazelnut jam, start by washing and halving the apricots. Remove the seeds from the apricots and cut the flesh into smaller pieces. Remove hard and still green parts!

Now mix the apricots with sugar and bring to the boil. Continue to boil for approx. 5 minutes and carry out the jelly test. Strain/puree the jam as desired or leave it as it is.

Then pour the hazelnut liqueur and stir into the jam. Immediately fill the apricot-hazelnut jam into sterile jars and seal.
