Instructions:

For the honey dough, mix flour, salt, butter, sugar, psyllium husks and vanilla in a food processor with the K-hook until homogeneous.

Then add the water and mix briefly until a soft dough is formed. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then roll out the dough and put it in a baking pan and preheat the oven to 180°C hot air.

Cut the apricots in half, pit them and place them skin side down on the dough and bake for about 15 minutes.

Then stir all the glaze ingredients well with a whisk, pour over the apricots and finish baking again for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Serve lukewarm or cold.
