Instructions:

Cream butter with yolks until fluffy. Add curd, flour and a pinch of salt and mix briefly until smooth. Let rest in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Divide into 12 pieces and flatten by hand. Carefully pit the apricots. If desired, add sugar cubes sprinkled with apricot brandy in place of the pit. Cover apricots with dough and simmer in lightly simmering, salted water for about 15 minutes. Foam butter, stir in breadcrumbs and gently toss drained dumplings in it. Arrange on warmed plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
